My app is already in the app store. Why am I not getting any downloads?

  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): The most important metric. For every $1 we spend on ads, how many dollars do we generate for you?

  • Retention Rate: The percentage of users who return to your app after 1, 7, and 30 days.

What's your approach to ad creative? Do you create the videos, images, and ad copy?

Yes, my in-house creative team handles everything. Creative is the single most important lever for improving ad performance. I don’t just “guess” what will work. I run a high-volume testing and iteration process, developing dozens of creative variations (UGC-style videos, animations, static images) and ad copy, then using data to find the combinations that drive the lowest-cost acquisitions.

How do you balance acquiring new users with re-engaging my existing ones?

I use a “full-funnel” approach. Acquiring new users for a “leaky bucket” is a waste of money. My strategy is twofold:

  1. User Acquisition (UA) constantly fills the top of your funnel with qualified users.

  2. Retention Marketing (CRM) “plugs the leaks” by using push notifications and email campaigns to keep those users active, guide them to new features, and bring back those who have lapsed. A strong retention strategy increases your LTV, which allows us to spend more to acquire even more users.
